We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with expertise in e-Commerce, CRM technologies and web front-end development. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of technical architecture experience, coupled with a proven track record in the Financial Services sector.

Working as part of a project team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex web front-end solutions integrated with CRM systems. The role is primarily remote but 2 days per week in London offices (within M25) will be expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions for web front-end applications integrated with CRM systems.

• Evaluate business requirements and technical constraints to create scalable and maintainable architecture designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.

• Integrate web front-end applications seamlessly with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.

• Define data exchange mechanisms, APIs, and protocols to ensure smooth communication between front-end and CRM components.

• Ensure that web front-end applications and CRM integrations adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of technical architecture experience is required

• A deep knowledge of e-Commerce, CRM platforms and web technologies is required

• Previous experience working in the Financial Services sector is required

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex technical challenges

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Awareness of professional best practice and ability to implement effective processes

• Already possessing or working towards relevant Technical Architect/Project Management qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
