We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in CRM applications, including Salesforce, SAP and Oracle. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of business analysis experience, coupled with a proven track record in the Financial Services sector.

Working as part of a project team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders, running workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting user stories. With strong business and technical skills, you will work with a range of development teams to help translate these requirements into scalable solutions. The role is primarily remote but 2 days per week in London offices (within M25) will be expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish business functions in creating, maturing, assessing & prioritising new ideas

• Identify business benefits & KPIs to uncover actionable insights and analytics to maximise investment & value in the Salesforce Platform ecosystem

• Contribute to developing and implementing repeatable processes, building a delivery framework that’s agile, well adopted & relevant

• Contribute to building an innovation practice with primary focus on breaking new grounds in shaping customer experience & adoption

• Be the change agent building effective relationships, working in a true matrix environment across different groups

Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of business analysis experience is required

• A strong understanding of CRM applications is required (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)

• Previous experience working in the Financial Services sector is required

• Experience in gathering requirements and documenting user stories in Jira or similar

• Experience in running workshops effectively with high quality outputs

• Experience with data migration methodologies: data mapping, data mining and data quality analysis

• Contributed to the successful delivery of large-scale projects, end-to-end

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of a large multinational organisation

• Awareness of professional best practice and ability to implement effective processes

• Already possessing or working towards Salesforce certifications

• Already possessing or working towards Business Analyst/Project Management qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/professional qualification
