We are an AXELOS Consulting Partner, licensed to consult in P3M3® services and have the most experienced team of licensed P3M3® assessors anywhere. Our team includes members of the authoring teams for P3M3® version 3 itself - we therefore bring in-depth knowledge of the model and how to apply it to enable you to get best value from an assessment.
Our licensed P3M3® Assessors have demonstrated an ability to provide the basis for the development of an improvement plan to help you to be more effective in delivering change and transformation. He/she has undertaken training and testing of the P3M3® maturity model and has been assessed in line with global best practices by AXELOS Limited.
Our assessors have direct experience of delivering P3M3® assessments in a variety of sectors including financial services, infrastructure, defence, transport and nuclear decommissioning. This means we bring cross-sector knowledge so that you can get insights on best practice in your industry and lessons learned from outside your domain. We also have experience of creating bespoke maturity models should your require them.
Arnab is a leader in strategic and operational change in large and complex organisations and focusses on advising central government including BEIS, DEFRA, UK Space Agency, DIT and the Infrastructure Projects Authority (IPA).
He developed an Integrated Project and Programme Methodology for the whole of Transport for London - “Pathway” – and led the change workstream for London Underground’s P3M3® journey to Level 3 Certification.
Tayyab brings a proven track record in delivering large scale change initiatives, with particular expertise in fixed deadline programmes in FTSE 100 companies. Recently, he has primarily led engagements on M&A integration, digital transformation and new product launches.
Tayyab is co-author of the ‘Body of Knowledge’ for the Association for Project Management and the ‘Agile Leader’ competence framework for the International Project Management Association. He also teaches at Birkbeck and UCL.
Nigel was as a member of the authoring teams for the 2009 and 2017 editions of PRINCE2® and that of version 3 of P3M3®
He has delivered P3M3® assessments for clients in many sectors including transport, infrastructure, civil engineering, nuclear decommissioning, engineering and defence.
Nigel was named in the ILX 2018 “Top 30 Influencers” list for project management practice.
Andy is the Executive Director of the Major Projects Association (MPA). He is a recognised leader on the application of maturity. Andy has used P3M3® to assess and drive up capability in numerous organisations in sectors such as defence, transport, not for profit, nuclear decommissioning and local authorities.
Andy was the co-lead author of P3M3® version 3,. He was named in the ILX 2018 “Top 30 Influencers” list for project management practice.
Phil has led major projects and programmes in the infrastructure, telecoms and financial services sectors. He has delivered P3M3® assessments and assurance for clients in the financial services, infrastructure, nuclear decommissioning and transport sectors.
Phil was a member of the authoring team for the 2017 version of PRINCE2® and was named in the ILX 2018 “Top 30 Influencers” list for project management practice.
