We have the most experienced team of licensed P3M3® assessors anywhere

We bring both licensed and our own propriety assessment tools to review and improve your people, your processes, systems and your tools

Introducing our P3M3® assessors

We are an AXELOS Consulting Partner, licensed to consult in P3M3® services and have the most experienced team of licensed P3M3® assessors anywhere. Our team includes members of the authoring teams for P3M3® version 3 itself - we therefore bring in-depth knowledge of the model and how to apply it to enable you to get best value from an assessment.

Our P3M3® assessors have demonstrated an ability to provide the basis for the development of an improvement plan to help you to be more effective in delivering change and transformation. They have undertaken training and testing of the P3M3® maturity model and has been assessed in line with global best practices by AXELOS Limited.

Our assessors have direct experience of delivering P3M3® assessments in a variety of sectors including financial services, infrastructure, defence, transport and nuclear decommissioning. This means we bring cross-sector knowledge so that you can get insights on best practice in your industry and lessons learned from outside your domain. We also have experience of creating bespoke maturity models should your require them.
