Tayyab Jamil

Tayyab advises clients on their most complex and critical projects and programmes. He has a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation and change programmes, with hands on experience from programme management office (PMO) through to board level programme director (operating at CxO level). 

Tayyab has led and delivered multiple fixed deadline programmes for FTSE100 organisations, including industry wide digital initiatives. He is a Licenced P3M3® Assessor and was previously a Director at RSM. Tayyab spent his early career working for full service consulting firms Atos and Accenture as is a graduate of Said Business School, University of Oxford.  

Phil Stanton

A recognised leader in project management best practice who specialises in helping organisations improve their capability to deliver change. Phil has led numerous large scale transformation programmes and is author of the latest version of PRINCE2®.

A member of the BSI technical committee on project and programme management and is currently working on updates to both the British and ISO standards. Phil is a Licenced P3M3® Assessor.

Previously an Executive Director at Nichols and Partner at RSM.

We are a corporate member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and an AXELOS Consulting Partner (ACP), accredited to conduct certified individual and organisational capability assessments, including P3M3®.

We are active members of both these associations and regularly contribute to developing the project management profession by providing our peers with practical guidelines.
