A recognised leader in project management best practice who specialises in helping organisations improve their capability to deliver change. Phil has led numerous large scale transformation programmes and is author of the latest version of PRINCE2®.
Over the last fifteen years Phil has helped organsisations focus on improving their project and programme delivery effectiveness, governance and assurance. The majority of the UK's spending on capital programmes is managed using approaches that Phil developed.
Tola is a strategy and change expert helping senior executives successfully design and implement complex initiatives. He brings true global experience having worked in and across multiple continents.
Tola is particularly adept at managing complex stakeholder groups to facilitate and improve organisational capability across all front and back office functions.
Over the last five years Tola has been helping multi-national firms with post M&A design and integration, including Operating Model development and senior level accountabilities.
Roy is a recognised thought-leader in project and programme assurance. He established and leads the
Association for Project Management’s specific interest group on assurance, which has developed two
influential guides to assurance best practice.
Roy has extensive experience in the UK public sector and led the
audit and assurance of Transport for London’s £2bn programme and project portfolio for over 10 years.
Tayyab has a proven track record in leading large scale transformation and change programmes. He co-developed the ‘Agile Leadership’ competence framework and certification for the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Tayyab is also co-author of the Association for Project Management (APM) 'Body of Knowledge' 7th Edition.
Tayyab is passionate about entrepreneurship and adaptive leadership – which is the focus of his doctoral research and lecturing at University of London.
